Caregiver Continuity: No More Revolving Door
One of the standout advantages of choosing a caregiver registry is the emphasis on caregiver continuity. We understand that consistency is key to fostering trust and comfort in the home care setting. Here’s how our approach benefits you and your loved ones:
-
Stability and Trust - With fewer caregivers rotating in and out, your loved one can build a lasting relationship with their caregiver. This stability fosters trust, which is essential for effective caregiving and emotional well-being.
-
Personalized Care - When the same caregiver consistently attends to your needs, they become familiar with your preferences, routines, and specific requirements. This personalized approach ensures that care is not only effective but also tailored to your unique situation.
-
Enhanced Communication - A consistent caregiver can better understand and anticipate your needs, leading to more effective communication. This familiarity allows for smoother interactions, making it easier to address any concerns or adjustments in care.
-
Commitment to Quality - Our caregivers are dedicated to their clients for the long term. By minimizing turnover, we enhance the quality of care provided, as caregivers become more invested in the well-being of those they serve.
At Willamette Valley Caregivers, we prioritize caregiver continuity to ensure that you receive consistent, compassionate care. Say goodbye to the revolving door of caregivers and hello to a supportive relationship built on trust and understanding.

Caregiver Compensation
Our registry selects and refers top-notch caregivers to you in the Willamette Valley based on your needs and location. Because our caregivers earn the equivalent of about 85% of the total fee that you pay, we are able to attract and retain them. You and your caregiver determine caregiver compensation and duties without limitations by our registry.
Suggested Caregiver Compensation
Many factors might influence what caregivers charge, for example: the level of care being provided, the skills and training that the caregiver has (CNA level is generally more), client location and whether the position is steady or short-term.
The rates below reflect what our caregivers generally request for compensation by their clients:
$20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Our Referral Fee
We carefully screen our candidates with our multi-step screening process. We take our responsibilities to our clients seriously, and our reasonable referral fee reflects the value we provide.
Our referral fee is $4.50 per hour, and is paid separately from the caregiver’s compensation. Our Referral fee is billed on a monthly basis.
