Our Caregivers

We are committed to making the home care experience as smooth and comfortable as possible by taking the time to understand your unique needs and requests and matching you with high quality professional care providers who you and your loved one feel comfortable with.

In the Caregiver Registry model, clients and caregivers determine all the details of their arrangements together, including duties and compensation. These caregivers work 1 on 1 with clients in their own homes, providing all levels of care. Private care providers range from Companions to CNA's and have at minimum 3 years of experience. As the client, you are in charge - making your own decisions directly with the caregiver, without any interference or restrictions from an agency.

Our mission is to improve the quality of life for BOTH the Caregiver and the people who receive their care, and we are committed to raising standards in the home care industry.

Being a part of our registry means that we help to match caregivers directly to  clients who are looking for care in the Willamette Valley (taking into consideration your preferences, as well as the skills, location and availability of the caregivers). Some common preferences might include, "I would like a male caregiver than can assist my father with care, while maintaining his dignity, " or " I would like a middle-age female caregiver that shares some of my interests of sewing & cooking," or "A caregiver that has Hospice experience." We personally have selected and know EACH of our caregivers, so that we are able to put you in touch with the most appropriate candidates.

We also perform quality assurance checks on all our caregivers quarterly by gathering feedback from clients to ensure our high standards are being met.

Perhaps the greatest value that home care provides to individuals is choice: the choice to maintain dignity and independence - the choice to live at home.

Our Selection Process

Rest assured that all caregivers on the registry are thoroughly screened:

The owners of Willamette Valley Caregivers personally select and know EACH of our caregivers, so that we are able to make the best referrals to our clients.
